From Research to Practice: Coaching for Literacy Change

In this webinar, K–8 educators will explore how research and resources from the International Literacy Association (ILA) spark meaningful changes in comprehensive literacy instruction. Kenneth Kunz, past president of the ILA Board of Directors, will share real-world examples from literacy coaching and teacher collaboration that highlight practical strategies for implementing evidence-based literacy instruction.

Participants will learn

  • How ILA research informs effective literacy instruction and coaching practices
  • Strategies for applying research-based insights in both individual classrooms and across school communities
  • Approaches to collaboration among teachers and school leaders that enhance literacy development
